Solid Ground
For work that wants to
stand on its own feet
Over time, most work develops small fractures. The brand says one thing, the website another. What was clear starts pulling apart — not dramatically, but persistently enough to feel. Sometimes the opposite: the direction is new, but the structure and expression haven’t caught up yet. Either way, we work with what’s underneath until the work agrees with itself.
The Three Layers of Coherence
— 1
The Business Spine
What the work actually delivers? What leads, what supports it, and what creates only noise, not integrity? When the spine is clear, decisions become visible. Offers, communication, and digital paths begin to move in the same direction. A good structure is noticeable in the same way a good bridge is noticeable — mostly when it isn’t there.
— 2
Expression
Voice, language, typography, imagery, tone — expression reveals work’s character, what is values, how it sees the world and connects with people. It’s not decoration added after the real work is done, but the form your thinking takes when it becomes visible.
— 3
The Hidden Layer
Beneath structure and expression sits a layer of technical clarity: hierarchy, naming, performance, structured data. The small structural decisions that determine whether people and machines understand what the work actually is, and whether they find it.
How we work
01.
Seeing
the Bigger Picture
Before anything changes, we look.
For founders and creatives who feel something is misaligned but cannot yet see where — or who know where they’re heading and need the structure and expression to match. Before anything changes, we look at the whole system: how the work is built, how it speaks, and where the two have drifted apart or haven’t yet met. This takes 2–3 focused weeks.
The work includes:
A deep conversation about what’s working and what isn’t.
A close look at how the brand, website, and messaging hold together, and where they don’t.
A map of what’s visible, what’s buried, and what’s creating friction.
The outcome is a written blueprint: where the work is coherent, where it fragments, what to remove, and what to build next.
Investment: €1,800–€2,500
02.
Building Coherence
The full build
When your work is strong but internally divided, or you’re building in a new direction. Over 3–4 months, we reshape the whole thing together — positioning, messaging, brand expression, website architecture — so that what people see matches what you actually do, and holds when the work evolves.
The work may include:
Rethinking what leads, what supports, and what doesn’t belong.
Finding the right words for what you actually do.
Sharpening how offers and services are named and structured.
Shaping or refining the visual world, and building it.
Website architecture and build.
Making sure the work is findable and technically sound.
Aligning how the work shows up across channels.
The outcome is work that agrees with itself: Internally aligned, externally legible, and structurally able to grow without constant rebuilding.
Investment begins: €9,000
03.
Keeping It Whole
Ongoing partnership
Work doesn’t stay still. New ideas arrive, offers shift, outputs expand, visibility changes, and what was coherent six months ago may need reshaping. This is a continuing partnership — we keep the structure and expression aligned as your work evolves, so changes don’t undo what we built.
What this includes depends on what your work asks for. It might be messaging refinement as your positioning sharpens. A structural adjustment when a new offer arrives. Visibility work when the landscape shifts. The scope stays flexible because the point is coherence over time, not a fixed set of tasks on repeat.
Investment: €500–€2,000 / month

Let’s get building
This is made for people who care how their work holds together. Founders and creatives who value expression as much as structure, businesses that want their digital presence to reflect the quality of the work behind it. It’s not suited for rapid marketing tactics or short-term optimisation cycles. Money can exist without coherence, but sustainability, human connection, uniqueness, and peace of mind rarely do.
If this is how you want to work, let's talk about what we might build together.
